This example shows the open circuit fault between addresses 24 & 25
If all outstations reply with either ‘R1’ or ‘R2’ then the open circuit fault is between the panel and either
the first and last outstation.
Short Circuit Fault
Outstation loop short, use log loop to find the short circuit. The short circuit will be between the last ‘R1’
followed by two missing device ‘X’ ‘X’ then ‘R2’. DO NOT SAVE ANY CHANGES.
