4. PRIMARY MASTER/SLAVE PIO:
SECONDARY MASTER/SLAVE PIO:
The four IDE PIO fields allow you to set a PIO mode (0-4) for each of
the four IDE devices that the onboard IDE interface supports. Modes
0 through 4 provide successively increased performance. In Auto
mode, the system automatically determines the best mode for each
device.
5. PRIMARY MASTER/SLAVE UDMA:
SECONDARY MASTER/SLAVE UDMA:
Ultra DMA/33 implementation is possible only if your IDE hard drive
supports it and the operating environment includes a DMA driver
(Windows 95 OSR2 or a third-party IDE bus master driver). If you
hard drive and your system software both support Ultra DMA/33,
select Auto to enable BIOS support.
6. SATA MODE:
Set the Serial ATA configuration. When set in Advanced Host
Controller Interface (AHCI) , the SATA controller is set to Native
mode. Configuration options: [IDE] [AHCI]
7. ON-CHIP SERIAL ATA:
[Disabled]: Disabled SATA Controller.
[Enhanced Mode]: Enable both SATA and PATA. Max.of 6 IDE drives
are supported.
[SATA Only]: SATA is operating in legacy mode.
8. PATA IDE MODE:
To select PATA IDE Mode sequence.
9. SATA PORT:
According PATA IDE Mode to determine SATA sequence.
