9. TROUBLE SHOOTING – ERROR MESSAGES
The control panel is designed to display errors through a LED lighting system.
Here below the trouble shooting table.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Photocell test
• Motor test
• Power supply disconnected
• Permanent START command
• STOP button disconnected
• Incorrect electric wiring
• Photocell in closing non-aligned
• Obstacle detected between the
photocells
• Incorrect electric wiring
• Disconnected photocell
• Disconnected photocell, active input
• Photocell in opening non-aligned
• Obstacle detected between the
photocells
• Incorrect electric wiring
• Disconnected photocell
• Permanent PEDESTRIAN command
SOLUTION
Check the wiring and operation of the photocell.
Check the wiring and operation of the motors.
Check the connection to the power supply
Check the operation of the ACCESSORIES wired
to the START (N.O. contact)
Check the wiring otherwise
(see section 3.5)
Check the wiring diagram
(see section 3.5)
Check the photocell alignment
Check and remove the obstacle
Check the wiring diagram
Check the power connection
Disable the photocell input (see section 3.6)
Check the photocell alignment
Check and remove the obstacle
Check the wiring diagram
Check the power connection
Check the operation of the ACCESSORIES wired
to the PEDESTRIAN START (N.O. contact)
