LAN Orange The network connection is operating.
Note
The LAN LED can only detect the device՚s in-
built Ethernet port connections. It cannot detect
network expansion cards՚ Ethernet port
connection status.
Flashes orange The device is being accessed from the network.
Off The device is not connected to a network.
10 Gigabit Ethernet
(RJ45) speed
Green A 10 GbE network connection has been established.
Orange The network connection is operating at below 10 Gbps.
Off There is no network connection.
10 Gigabit Ethernet
(RJ45) activity
Orange A network connection is established.
Flashes orange Data is being transmitted.
Off There is no network connection.
2.5 Gigabit Ethernet
speed
Green The network connection is operating at 2.5 Gbps.
Orange The network connection is operating at 1 Gbps or 100 Mbps.
Off • The network connection is operating at 10 Mbps.
• There is no network connection.
2.5 Gigabit Ethernet
activity
Orange A network connection has been established.
Flashes orange The device is being accessed from the network.
Off There is no network connection.
USB Blue A USB device connected to the USB One Touch Copy port is
detected.
Off No USB expansion unit has been detected.

Duration Frequency Description
Short beep (0.5 seconds) 1 • The NAS is starting up.
• The NAS is shutting down.
• When the reset button is pressed for 3 seconds, the
NAS resets configurations.
• When the reset button is pressed for 10 seconds, the
NAS resets configurations and reboots.
3 • The NAS data cannot be copied to the external
storage device connected to the front USB port.
• The NAS has completed a firmware update.
