Pre-infusion
The prebrew function allows you to wet the coffee before brewing.
Pre-brewing, if enabled, is initiated by pulling the coffee brewing lever upwards:
the coffee is first wetted and then brewed.
The pre-brewing time is counted in the brewing seconds.
Standby function
The STANDBY function allows the machine to go into low consumption condition
by switching off the boiler heating element.
If the function is active and no deliveries are made, after the time set on the
display, the machine automatically goes to Standby: the word "QUICK" appears
on the display.
QUICK
To exit, simply raise and lower the dispensing lever or switch the machine off and
on again.
ECO function
The ECO function allows the machine to go into low consumption condition by
lowering the boiler temperature set point to 60°C (140°F).
If the function is active and if no deliveries are made, after the time set on the
display, the machine automatically switches to Eco: 'ECO' appears on the display.

on again.
