Preinfusion
Pressing the right arrow from the Probes sensor menu allows access to the
Preinfusion menu.
The left arrow allows you to set the duration of preinfusion, which can vary from
0 to 10 seconds (or can be disabled).

Pressing the right arrow from the Preinfusion menu takes you to the Water Tank
menu.
The left arrow allows you to enable/disable the water tank. If it is disabled, the
machine is fed from the water mains.
