3. Turn the central dial and set the maximum cooking cabinet humidity.
4. Press the central dial to confirm your setting.
> The selection of cooking parameters will automatically return to the cooking cabinet temperature cooking
parameter.

6. Turn the central dial and set the desired cooking time.
7. Press the central dial to confirm your setting.
8. To cook the food with the core temperature, press this button once:

10. Press the central dial to confirm your setting.
> Once the set cooking cabinet temperature has been reached, you will be prompted to load the unit. If you do
not load the unit, the preheat will be aborted after 10 minutes.
11. Load the unit.
> The food will be cooked. If the cooking time has elapsed or the core temperature has been reached, an acoustic
signal will ask you to check whether the food has reached the desired result.
