Programme cooking step
Depending on which cooking step you have selected, you can select different cooking parameters [}19]. You can
also select different additional functions [}21].
1. Press the button for a desired cooking parameter.
2. Turn the central dial to apply your setting.
3. Press the central dial to confirm your setting.
4. To confirm the action, press the button:
> The cooking step is saved and will be displayed. You can now add up to 11 more cooking steps.
Manual preheating
You can create a step in the programme to preheat the unit. This will produce a thermal buffer in the cooking
cabinet to help the cooking cabinet reach the desired cabinet temperature very quickly, even when cooking frozen
foods.
1. Press the button

4. Press the button
5. Turn the central dial and set the desired temperature.
6. To confirm the action, press the button:
> The manual preheat is created as the first step in the programme.
7. To program another cooking step, press the button:
> The operating mode buttons will start flashing.
8. Select the desired mode and continue programming the cooking step.
