If captured data cannot be found or if the
subject was properly captured and the
scanned data has been corrupted.
This data cannot be recovered. Capture
again.
Restart the device.
If the problem persists even after restart,
contact your sales representative.
Unable to capture at the same time while
capturing is in progress on another
computer. Exit the capturing mode on
another computer and try again.
If capturing is not in progress on another
computer, RAYFace may have
abnormally terminated. In this case, it
takes up to 5 minutes for the RAYFace to
disconnect from the scanner.
If the same error message appears,
restart the device.
