Wheremorethan1pieceofequipmentsharesabreakeryoumust
provideprotectionfortheindividualcircuits.E.g.byconnectingan
in-linefuseforeachpowercircuit.

equipment to individual circuit breakers.
Where this not possible, use individual in-line
fuses to provide the necessary protection.
3.3Groundingrequirements
ThesegroundingrequirementsareapplicableforRaymarine
equipmentsuppliedwithaseparatedrainwireorscreen.
Theproductpowercabledrainconductor(screen)mustbe
connectedtoacommongroundpoint.
Itisrecommendedthatthecommongroundpointisabonded
ground,i.e.withthegroundpointconnectedtobatterynegative,
andsituatedascloseaspossibletothebatterynegativeterminal.
Ifabondedgroundsystemisnotpossible,anon-bondedRF
groundmaybeused.
