DepthOffset
Depthsaremeasuredfromthetransducertothe
bottom,youcanapplyanoffsetvaluetothedepth
data,sothatthedisplayeddepthreadingrepresents
thedepthtothebottomfromeitherthekeel(negative
offset)orthewaterline(positiveoffset).
Beforeattemptingtosetawaterlineorkeel
offset,ndouttheverticalseparationbetweenthe
transducerandeitherthewaterlineorthebottom
ofyourvessel’skeel,asappropriate.Thensetthe
appropriatedepthoffsetvalue.
