10.1Maintenance
Thisproducthasnouserserviceablepartsoradjustments.Neverremovethecoverorattemptto
servicetheproduct,doingsomayinvalidateyourproductwarranty.
Tofollowingpreventivemeasuresshouldbefollowed:
•Althoughtheproductiswaterproof,keeptheunitasdryaspossible.
•Ifyouremoveahandsetconnectionensurethedustcapisfittedtotheconnector.
Routinechecks
Thefollowingperiodicchecksshouldbemade:
•Examinecablesforsignsofdamage,suchaschafing,cutsornicks.
•Checkthatthecableconnectorsarefirmlyattachedandthattheirlockingmechanismsare
properlyengaged.
Note:Cablechecksshouldbecarriedoutwiththepowersupplyswitchedoff.
Caution:Productcleaning
Whencleaningproducts:
•Lightlyrinseorflushwithclean,coolfreshwater.
•Ifyourproducthasadisplayscreen,doNOTwipethescreenwithadrycloth,
asthiscouldscratchthescreencoating.
•DoNOTuse:abrasive,acidic,ammonia,solventofchemicalbasedcleaning
products.
•DoNOTuseajetwash.
Unitcleaninginstructions
Theunitdoesnotrequireregularcleaning.However,ifyoufinditnecessarytocleantheunit,
pleasefollowthestepsbelow:
1.Ensurepowerisswitchedoff.
2.Wipeunitcleanwithadampcloth.
3.Ifnecessary,useamilddetergentsolutiontoremovegreasemarks.
