Below are the common breakers that will be “on” or ac-
tivated when you leave the vessel for extended periods
of time with the battery switch o at the bilge located
battery switch panel.
1. Bilge pump
2. Stereo memory
AS A SAFETY FEATURE
THE BILGE PUMP CIRCUIT
IS CONTINUOUSLY “ON”
EVEN WITH THE BATTERY SWITCH
IN THE “OFF” POSITION.
PREVENT POSSIBLE FIRE/EQUIPMENT
DAMAGE!
NEVER TURN BATTERY SWITCH TO THE “OFF”
POSITION WHILE THE ENGINE IS RUNNING.
Note: As stated above the engine alternator or electron-
ics may be damaged from the current spike created by
turning o the battery switch with the engine running.
