Warranty
You are a valued ReliOn™ Customer. It is important to us that you
arecompletelysatisedwithyourReliOn™MicroBloodGlucose
Monitoring System.
ReliOn™ warrants your meter will be free from defects in materials and
workmanshipforaperiodofveyearsfromthedateoftheoriginal
purchase. If during this time the meter does not work properly because
of a defect in materials or workmanship, ReliOn™ agrees to replace
or repair, free of charge any and all parts proven to be defective and
subject to warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied,
includinganyimpliedwarrantyofmerchantabilityortnessforany
purpose, other than stated herein.
This warranty does not apply to the performance of the ReliOn™ Micro
blood glucose meter that has been damaged by accident or has been
altered, misused, tampered with, or abused in any way. This warranty
only applies to the original purchaser of the meter and/or its agents.
