a Unclip the high pressure pump fuel return union from
the high pressure pump protector at (42) .
a Remove:
-the bolt (43) of the high pressure pump protector,
-the high pressure pump protector.
a Disconnect the fuel supply pipe (44) from the high
pressure pump.
a Fit a suitable blanking plug on:
- the fuel supply pipe union opening,
- the high pressure pump opening.
a Disconnect the fuel drain pipe from the injector rail
protector (45) .
