Disassembling and
reassembling a fixed system
The NC4 fixed system can be partially
dismantled to allow air lines to be replaced and
gain access to the PassiveSeal.
Before disassembling and reassembling the
units, ensure that swarf and debris is removed
from the system.
The following procedures are suitable for the
transmitter and receiver units.
Disassembling
WARNING: Before disassembling the
fixed system, ensure the machine is safe
to work on.

fixed system.
Before disassembling the system, switch off
electrical power to avoid exposure to the laser
