Frequency and level information
Press the EYE icon to enable or disable the display of level (dB) and frequency (Hz) information
during the test. This information helps the doctor following the test progress, but in some
cases, it could be understood by the patient as well, altering the test result.
Preset setup settings
It’s possible to store up to 3 different setup settings. Once selected the button be-comes
green. It changes to yellow if some parameters are changed, pressing for 5 seconds the
new settings are stored as new protocol. The factory presets are:
1)0.5, 1, 2, 4 Khz; 20 dB HL Min; 20 dB HL Max; Auto mode.
2)0.5, 1, 2, 4 Khz; 0 dB HL Min; 80 dB HL Max; DC mode.
3)0.5, 1, 2, 4 Khz; 0 dB HL Min; 80 dB HL Max; Auto mode.
Press the START icon to start the test.
Test execution
In the displayed grid, different tiles represent different frequencies; the numbered tiles are related to the
enabled frequencies to test, the tiles with an animal image refer to the disabled ones. During the test all
the tiles will be filled with animal images in order to complete the puzzle.
