❖ Key Counter Management
Specify that functions that you want to manage with the key counter.

❖ Extended Security
Specify whether or not to use the extended security functions. For details
about this function, consult your administrator.
❖ Prog/Chnge/Del LDAP Server
By registering the LDAP server, you can search the LDAP server's address
book for an recipient's e-mail address when sending files by e-mail using the
scanner or fax functions.

To execute LDAP Search, be sure to specify, "Server Name", "Search Base",
"Port No.", "Search Criteria", "Authentication", "User Name", and "Password".
You can set "Authentication" to "High Security", "On", or "Off". The required
setting depends on the server environment, so check the server environment
and specify the setting accordingly. As for the other settings, check the server
environment as required and specify the settings accordingly. To use the
LDAP server, set "LDAP sever" to [On] in Administrator Tools. Version 2 and
3 LDAP servers are supported. When using a version 2 LDAP server, you can-
not set "Authentication" to [High Security].

"Program/Change/Delete LDAP Server".
❖ LDAP Search
Specify whether or not to use the LDAP server for searching.
