2.2 Replacing the Rollers in the Main Machine
2.2.1 Removing the Rollers: Tray 1, Tray 2
Follow this procedure to replace the paper feed rollers in Tray 1 and Tray 2 (top
and bottom trays of the main machine).

1. Open the left and right front covers.
2. Pull out the top tray (Tray 1) and bottom tray (Tray 2) until they stop. If there is
any paper in the trays, remove it.
3. Remove the two black screws.

4. Lift the inner tray out of the drawer and set it aside.
If the inner tray cannot be detached because its latch, which is located in the
recess, will not disengage, close Tray 1, and then pull it out completely. This
will release the latch and allow you to detach the inner tray.
