7.1 Removing the Fusing Unit and the Cleaning Unit for
Fusing Unit
1. Make sure that the system is turned off and the machine power cord is
disconnected from the power source.
2. Spread a drop cloth or some paper in front of the machine.
3. Prepare a flat clean surface where you can place the fusing unit after it has
been removed.
4. Open the left and right front covers.
The fusing unit is in the left drawer.

5. Pull down the lever C1, and then pull the left drawer out completely until it stops.
