Interval Shooting
To take photographs automatically at intervals of from
ve seconds to one hour, select Interval Shooting in the
shooting menu and follow the steps below:

Choose an interval.
Press Fn1 and Fn2 to highlight
hours, minutes, or seconds
and press + and to change.
Press C/D to return to
shooting mode.
Interval is displayed in the
picture display.

Start shooting.
Press the shutter-release button. Photographs will
be taken automatically at the selected interval.

End shooting.
Press C/D to end shooting.
Cautions
The interval timer is not available in
4 mode.
The interval resets to zero when the camera is turned o.
If the time needed to record photographs is longer than the
selected interval, the next photograph will not be taken until
recording is complete.
The external ash unit will not re in interval shooting mode.
Use the built-in ash instead.
