Press and hold the button to turn the camera on.
The first time you turn the camera on, the [Language/u]
screen appears. (p.13)
Press and hold the button to turn the camera off.

• When [Auto Power Off] is on, the camera is turned off
automatically if no button operations are done for three
minutes.
Do the initial settings to use your camera for the first time after
purchasing it.
1 Turn the camera on.
The [Language/u]
screen appears.
2 Press the button or
the button. Select
the desired language
and press the
button.
[Initial Setting] screen
appears after you have set
the language.
3 Press the button or the button. Select
[Settings complete] and press the button.
The [Date Adjustment] screen appears.
Next, set the date and time.
