  If your Riedel Chiller displays fault F11, indicating that the flow control switch has tripped, it could be due to several reasons: leaks in the water circuit, a defective pump or flow control switch, a closed shut-off valve, or water pressure that is too low. Check the water circuit for leaks and top up the water to the MAX mark. Check the pump and replace it if necessary; move the motor protecting switch to position 1. Check the flow control switch and replace it if necessary. Check all shut-off valves to ensure they are open. Increase the water pressure.

Check the fan and replace it if necessary. Correct any phase failure. Check the thermal contact for continuity, allow the motor to cool, and replace it if necessary; move the motor protecting switch to position - 1-.

  If your Riedel Chiller displays fault F7 related to the low-pressure limiter, it could be caused by the sensor tripping, refrigerant shortage due to leaks in the refrigeration circuit, or a defective expansion valve. The elimination of malfunctions in the refrigeration cycle may only be performed by qualified personnel. If there is permanent formation of bubbles in the sight glass, you should call customer service. After the cause of the low-pressure fault has been eliminated, the alarm is automatically reset. The compressors and fans are enabled after a delay of 180 seconds.
