Function Explanation:
The commands are used to set and query the position of cursor AY in manual
mode. The range of <value> is 4~194.
Returned Format:
Query returns the set value of <value>.
Example:
:CURS:MANU:CURAY 100 Set position of cursor AY as 100
:CURS:MANU:CURAY? Query returns 100
