Show the current serial’s name. In default, COM1 is RS232 and COM2 is RS485.
Click to enable this serial port. When the status is OFF, the serial port is not
available.
Select from “300”, “600”, “1200”, “2400”, “4800”, “9600”, “19200”, “38400”,
“57600” , “115200”and “230400”.
Select from “None”, “Odd” and “Even”.
Select from “None”, “Software” and “Hardware”.
The serial port will queue the data in the buffer and send the data to the
Cellular WAN/Ethernet WAN when it reaches the Interval Timeout in the field.
Note: Data will also be sent as specified by the packet length even when data is
not reaching the interval timeout in the field.
The Packet length setting refers to the maximum amount of data that is
allowed to accumulate in the serial port buffer before sending. When a packet
length between 1 and 3000 bytes is specified, data in the buffer will be sent as
soon it reaches the specified length.
Select from “Transparent”, “Modbus RTU Gateway”.
1. Transparent: Router will transmit the serial data transparently.
2. Modbus: Router will translate the Modbus RTU data to Modbus TCP data and
sent out. Vice versa.
Select from “TCP Client”, “TCP Server”, “UDP”, “Robustlink”.
1. TCP Client: Router works as TCP client, initiate TCP connection to TCP server.
Server address supports both IP and domain name.
