Safety Certification
The Guardmaster Access Box is a Type 4 interlocking device with guard
locking and high-coded RFID actuators according to EN ISO 14119.
The device is certified for use in safety applications up to and including
Performance Level PL e and Category 4 (EN ISO 13849-1) ISO13849-1, for
guard position and guard lock monitoring, including when connected in series.
From hardware revision B, this device is also certified for use in safety
applications up to and including PLe, Cat. 4 for guard locking control when
dual-channel solenoid control is utilized (refer to Connection Guard Locking
Control).
