Provisionally tighten the diamond
scraper in the engraving-tool holder,
and insert it into the tool carriage.
Loosen the screw for the engraving-
tool holder and lower the blade of the
diamond scraper until it protrudes
about 1 mm (1/16 in.) from the tip of
the adapter.
Tighten the screw securely to secure
the tool in place.

1. Turn in the
direction of the
arrow to tighten
provisionally.
2. Rotate in the direction of
the arrow.
Use the spanner to tighten and secure in place.
