- Heatsealing band partially bypassed by conducting part

- Wire break, heatsealing band break
- Contacting to heatsealing band defective

Total short-circuit
- Heatsealing band installed incorrectly, insulation at heatse-
aling bar ends missing or incorrectly installed
- Conducting part bypasses heatsealing band completely

