CHANGING THE INK RIBBON
Change
Ule Ink ribbon when the prlnllng has become too lalm 10 be read proper1y.
1. Movi thl ribbon liver to Iree the ribbon spoolS so that they can be lined out.
2. Lift cut the spoclS.
3. Gently In5llrt th' new ribbon spools en lI1e spool shahs, and then guide the rIbbon through the rlboon guides.
You
may use a pencil to help place Ule ribbon 11'1 the !Tack. The red-Ink portion should be down. Turn ltIe ribbon
spools
to take up any slacK.
4. Ra-Iock the ribbon lav8r.
Refer to Ule dlagr;Ml1 below as needed.
