2.3.13 VIEWING MAC ADDRESS AND PRODUCT
INFORMATION
Swipe down on the smartwatch home screen to reveal
the quick settings panel. Find and tap the
Settings
icon. Tap About Device to view the MAC address,
firmware version and more information about the
device.
2.3.14 SEEKING HELP
Swipe down on the smartwatch home screen to reveal
the quick settings panel. Find and tap the
Settings
icon. Tap Help and scan the QR code with your
smartphone to seek help from the Ryze website.
2.4 DAILY ACTIVITIES
The daily activities you do can contribute to your overall
fitness and health. Through your smartwatch, you can
monitor your daily activities such as tracking your steps,
calories consumption and walking distances. Your
watch can do all these tracking automatically.
NOTE
The smartwatch uses the user profile data such as gender,
age, height and weight that are recorded in the Ryze Fit App
to improve accuracy of the measured activities. To adjust
user profile settings, open the App and go to the Me tab.
Tap on User Profile Image in the upper left corner. Adjust the
necessary settings. Follow the prompt options to save your
changes
2.4.1 SETTING DAILY GOALS
Setting daily steps goal with the Ryze Fit App
To set your daily steps goals, open the App and go to
the Me tab. Tap Goal Setting. In the following screen,
set your target step count and follow the screen
prompts to confirm selection.
