For Android phones users:
To remove/add a workout mode, tap
/

To rearrange workout modes, hold and drag a
workout tile. Tap Save at the top right save the
changes.
For iPhone users:
To remove/add a workout mode, tap
/
.
To rearrange workout modes, remove and then
add the workout mode in the preferred order. Tap
Save at the top right save the changes
4) Before starting a workout session in the App:
To set a workout goal:
In the Sports menu, tap Workout goals (sport
goal). In the following screen, depending on
workout modes, you can set the workout goal for
Duration, Calories and Distance.
To turn on voice broadcast during workout:
In the Sports menu, tap Voice broadcast. In the
following screen, turn on the switch for Voice
broadcast. Set the broadcast frequency and
contents. The voice contents will be broadcasted
from the App at the set interval.
To turn on high heart rate alert during workout:
In the Sports menu, tap Voice broadcast. In the
following screen, turn on the switch for Heart rate
alert. Tap on Heart rate alert to set the heart
rate alert limit.
5) To start a workout session, tap the on screen Start
exercising (sport) button. Once you have started a
workout in the App, the connected watch will sync and
start the same workout.
6) During a workout session, you can do the following:
Press the on-screen
button to pause the
workout.
Press the on-screen
button to resume the
workout.
Press and hold the on-screen
button to end
the workout. Follow the prompt instructions to
confirm selection.
