If the milk is not frothing in your Saeco Coffee Maker, it could be that the milk frother is dirty or incorrectly placed. Clean the milk frother and insert it correctly into the machine. Also, the type of milk used may not be suitable for frothing. Check the '6.3 Milk- and coffee-based preparations' chapter for guidance.

Why can't I activate the filter on my Saeco HD8914 Coffee Maker?
    • D
      Dana McmillanSep 14, 2025
If the filter cannot be activated on your Saeco Coffee Maker because the OK signal (V) is not displayed, it may be because a filter has just been activated. You need to dispense at least 10 cups before activating a new filter. Be careful as if you activate a new filter, the filter counter will increase automatically.
