Pump paint phase and pressure gun
PPE must be worn during this phase of painting when
the pump and the gun are under pressure.
Do not look at the gun nozzle when the gun is under
pressure.
The maximum pressures engraved on the equipments
must be strictly adhered to.
Flushing the pump
Wearing PPE (goggles + gloves + safety shoes).
Do not look at the gun nozzle when the gun is under
pressure.
Flush at a maximum of 1 bar / 14.5 psi on the air
equipment manometer (pressure varies according to
the length of the hoses).
Pump defusing
Wearing of PPE is mandatory.
Risk of fluid section heating during defusing
Risk of overheating of the fluid section in case of
defusing.
Ground cable
It is mandatory to ground the pump. The rods are
conductive.
