Risk of fatal injury due to the ignition of an explosive atmosphere.
Incorrect installation, operation or maintenance of the positioner in potentially explo-
sive atmospheres may lead to ignition of the atmosphere and ultimately to death.

Î Workinhazardousareasmustonlybeperformedbypersonnelwhohasunder-
gonespecialtrainingorinstructionsorwhoisauthorizedtoworkonexplo-

Î Do not touch or block the actuator stem.
Incorrect electrical connection will render the explosion protection unsafe.
Î Adhere to the terminal assignment.
Î Do not undo the enameled screws in or on the housing.
