It is displayed when the internal temperature is unstable
immediately after power on.

It is displayed when the internal temperature of LD is
outside the control range.

It is waiting that the temperature of LD is steady before
LD lights.

IntLock It is displayed when the interlock circuit is in open state. 4-2
Over LD
It is displayed when the set power value is greater than
the maximum power.

Low Pwr
It is displayed when the set power value is low and out of
the control range of the attenuator.

It is displayed when closed-loop wavelength control is not
working properly.

points is not recorded.
