10�1�4 Hydraulic Oil Tank - Replacing Air Filter
Element
-- Element of air lter should be replaced frequently
in adverse surrounding conditions.
1. Remove the blocked lter element.
2. Install the new lter element.
10�2 Replacing Element of Pipeline Filter
Element
-- Use a wrench to remove the hexagon head
below the casing by pulling downward at the
same time so as to pull out the filter element
together with the casing. Replace the filter
element and clean interior of the casing.
-- When replacing the lter element, note that the
filter should not be reversed. Otherwise, it may
cause serious consequences.
-- The first time the filter should be checked after
250 working hours, then it should be replaced
every 500 hours.
-- The replacement of the hydraulic lter regularly
is an important part of service, which guarantees
the hydraulic system work for a long period.
