4�4�5 Checking Air Intake Piping and Pipe Clamp
Check the air intake piping for cracks, deformation, loose clamps. Replace the damaged pipes and
tighten loose clamps if the situation illustrated in the following figure occurs. Replace the clamp if
necessary.
Note: The piston ring can be seriously worn even quite a little amount of dirt entering the engine. Make
sure that the air intake system is clean and has no leaks.
