Cooling time after power off.
Are you thinking about turning
on the projector without the
lamp cover?
Remember that the interlock
switch is opened during disas-
sembling the cabinet.The projec-
tor can't be turned on. (Some of
the service personnel forget it
often.) When you turn on the pro-
jector without cabinet, press and
hold the lever of the interlock
switch.
Is the fuse (F901) blown?
The fuse may be opened
when either the LAMP indica-
tor or the READY indicator
isn't Illuminated. Check the
fuse. For continued safety,
replace it with a new fuse of
the same type.
Is the Interlock switch
opened?
When the lamp cover isn't
attached correctly or the boss
inside the lamp cover is bro-
ken, the projector can't be
turned on. Check the boss
and the Interlock switch
(SW902). Refer to figure on
page 4.
Are the LAMP
indicator(red) and READY
indicator(green) light?
If the LAMP and READY
indicators are not illuminat-
ed, check the primary cir-
cuit and S5V of standby
power supply circuit.
Check that the
POWER FAIL sig-
nals are correct.

Check that the
Vcc-voltages are
correct.
Check that the POWER
ON/OFF signal is correct.

Check that the Fan
on/off signal is cor-
rect.

Check that the IIC
Bus signals for fan
