Before Adjustment :
1. Turn on a projector.
2. Enter the mode of “service adjustment” and project a green
grid pattern on a screen.
(Refer to the item 3 of “before adjustment ”
on page 44.) And take the focus of green grid pattern, press-
ing the Focus(▲)(▼) buttons on the projector or remote
control unit.
3. Move the zoom position between TELE and WIDE, press-
ing the Zoom(▲)(▼) buttons on the projector or remote
control unit. If the focus of grid-pattern is shifted by mov-
ing the zoom position between TELE and WIDE, readjust-
ing is necessary. Adjust the focus with the following proce-
dure.
Adjustment :
1. Loosen four screws-A using ball allen wrench.
2. Set the image size to maximum, pressing Zoom(▲) button
on the projector or remote control unit.
3. Take the focus of green grid pattern, pressing Focus(▲)(▼)
buttons on the projector or remote control unit.
4. Set the image size to minimum, pressing Zoom(▼) button
on the projector or remote control unit.
5. Insert a slot screwdriver into slot-B, turn it and take the
focus of the green grid pattern.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5. If the focus is not shifted by moving
the ZOOM position between TELE and WIDE, focus
adjustment has been completed.
7. Tighten four screws-A to fix the assembly LCD panel /
prism using ball allen wrench.
