Alignment procedures
■ Abot the Readjustments after Parts Replacement :
After replacing electric parts and optical parts, to readjust some of the adjustment items electric and optical are required. Refer to
the “Readjustments After Parts Replacement” on page 68.)
Procedure of electrical adjustment and set-
ting.
1. To enter the mode of “SERVICE ADJUST-
MENT”.
Press and hold the MENU and IMAGE buttons on the pro-
jector simultaneously for more than 2 seconds. The picture in
the mode of “SERVICE ADJUSTMENT” appears on the
screen.
2. To select adjustment group number and item
number which are to be adjusted or set.
The group number can be selected by pressing MENU or
IMAGE buttons. The item number can be selected by press-
ing POINT UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) buttons.
Note: Control buttons:
Group number is increased by “ MENU ” button.
Group number is decreased by “
IMAGE ” button.
Item number is increased by “ POINT UP ” button.
Item number is decreased. by “ POINT DOWN ” button
3. Adjustment and setting.
The data value can be adjusted or set by pressing point LEFT
(<) or RIGHT (>) buttons.
Note: Control buttons:
Data value is increased by “ POINT RIGHT ” button.
Data value is decreased by “ POINT LEFT ” button.
4. To quit the mode of “SERVICE ADJUST-
MENT”.
Press POWER button once and return to the mode of “NOR-
MAL” from the mode of “SERVICE ADJUSTMENT”.
■ 1. Mode of “SERVICE ADJUSTMENT”
The mode of “SERVICE ADJUSTMENT” is tool for electrical adjustment and setting of the projector. For adjustment item, refer
to Menu in the mode of “SERVICE ADJUSTMENT” on pages 36-37. For adjustment and setting in the mode of “SERVICE
ADJUSTMENT”, use the
