Integrator-lens-in adjustment
Adjustment :
1. Remove the flexible cables on LCD panels from the assembly Main.
And turn on the projector.
2. loosen 2 screws A and 2 screws B.
3-1. Insert slot screwdriver into slot-C and turn it until the shade appears
on the left and right of the screen.
3-2. Turn 2 screws-D until the shade appears on the top and bottom of
the screen. (Figure 1-a)
4. Turn and adjust the 2 screws D and take the focus of the shade edge.
(Figure 1-b)
5. Turn and adjust the 2 screws D so that the shade may disappear or
reduce on the top and bottom of the screen. (Figure 2)
(Note : At the time, the adjusted focus at Step-4 must not shift.)
6. Insert slot screwdriver into slot-C, turn and adjust it so that the shade
may disappear or reduce on the left and right of the screen. (Figure 3)
7. Tighten 2 screws A and 2 screws B to fix the integrator-lens-in.

Change the lamp mode to “Lamp-2”.

Change the lamp mode to “Lamp-1”.
(Refer to operation method-1 on page-49)
Check the condition of Unevenness color on
the screen.
Change the lamp mode to “Lamp-1”.
(Refer to operation method-1 on page-49)
Change the lamp mode to “Lamp 1 and 2”.
(Full lamp mode)
