SETTING THE USB
Two modes--the card reader mode and the PC camera mode--are available
for the USB connection function.
Card reader mode: To use your camera as the computer’s external drive.
PC camera mode: To use your camera as a PC camera.
Select the correct mode according to your purpose for connecting your cam-
era to the computer.
1 Display the Option Setting Mode Screen (see page 133).
2 Select the USB setting icon , and
press the SET button.
h The USB Setting Screen appears.
3 Select the mode that corresponds to your intended use, and press
the SET button.
[CARD
READER]:
Set to the card reader
mode.
[PC CAMERA]: Set to the PC camera
mode.
