TROUBLESHOOTING
Before taking your camera to the repair shop, check the following table for a
possible solution to the problem.

Reinsert the

compartment
cover is not

The digital
camera turns
off by itself.
The power
save function
is operating.
Press the
MENU button,
or press the
shutter release
button once.

Shooting
An image is
not captured
when the
shutter release
button is
pressed.
The power is
not turned on.
If the power
save function
has turned the
digital camera
off, then press
the MENU
button or press
once on the
shutter release
button to turn
the digital
camera back
on.
If the power is
turned off, turn
the selector
dial.
