ERROR SIGNALS
The LCD Display, Front Panel LED Indicators and Buzzer provide a visual/audio
indication of the type of error encountered.

Back light but no

Most common failure of printer is
DOA situation. The most likely
cause is the ribbon cable has fallen
out or not seated fully into connec-
tor.
Verify that the cable and connector are prop-
erly seated ☺
POWER LED not on AC power cable not connected Verify that the cable is connected to the printer
and the AC outlet ☺
Main Power Fuse defective Replace fuse #
Defective power supply Test power supply and replace if defective #
ERROR LED on Head not locked Close and latch head release ☺
