4.11 Changing tools
Before changing tools, read “2.8 Safety regarding maintenance”.

1 Insert the segment at the widest part of the slot
2 Push the segment outwards
3 The segment is now fit on the Scan-On plate
To make sure that the tool is secured, use a small plastic hammer and slightly hit the
tool outwards. In reverse this technique can be used to loosen tools that are stuck.
4.12 Using with generator
The generator must be equipped with protective earth and operated in accordance
with the current EN-VDE directives (this applies to the protective earth conductor in
particular) in order to ensure that all safety devices are functioning and eliminate
possible damage to electrical components.
