Serial plate
The serial plate is located on the:
• Rear of the machine directly underneath the mains connection and main switch.
• Inside the machine directly behind the drinking water tank on the rear machine panel.
► In case of a technical problem or warranty claim, state the serial number specified on the
serial plate.

Applied standards
The aforementioned manufacturer declares herewith that this machine complies with all rele-
vant stipulations of the specified directives. In case of any modifications of the units that have
not been approved by Schaerer, this declaration is rendered invalid. The following harmonised
standards have been applied. For proper implementation of the requirements, a quality man-
agement system certified in 2008 by DEKRA Certification GmbH in accordance with SN EN
ISO 9001 is applied.
The manufacturer assumes sole responsibility for issuing this declaration of conformity. The
object of the declaration described above fulfils the requirements of directive 2011/65/EU of
the European Parliament and Council from June 8, 2011 for limiting the use of certain hazard-
ous substances in electric and electronic devices.
Example of a serial plate
The first 2 digits in the serial number inform you about the product year and the second 2 digits
state the calendar week.
