Calibrate display Calibrate display
During calibration, a cross appears on diffe-
rent positions of the display.
► Click on the cross when it appears on the
display until the calibration is completed.
– It is advisable to calibrate
the display if users have
problems with the touch
screen. For example, this
is the case if no reaction is
triggered when a field is
pressed.
Calibrate the grinder Grinder calibration is display-guided.
► Follow the instructions on the touch
screen.

Create backup The current status of the settings can be sa-
ved on a USB memory stick with this functi-
on.
► Insert the USB stick.
► Press the [Create backup] field.
 The current status has been saved on
the memory stick.
Configuration
and counter
statuses
The following default fol-
der structure is created on
the stick if not already pre-
sent:
Media manager
(Images, films, icons)
The pictures or videos must be saved on a
USB stick with the default folder structure. To
do this, create a further folder, "Media," in the
"Schaerer" directory.
► Save the desired pictures or videos to the
"Media" folder on the USB stick.
► Insert USB stick in panel.
► Press the [Media manager] field.
 The "Media" folder is called up auto-
matically (A) (if not, navigate manual-
ly).
► Select image or video (B) and confirm
with [Upload] field (C).
 The picture or video is stored on the
SCP.
► The field (D) deletes a selected file.
– Picture requirements:
Size = max. 250 KB
Format = jpg, png, gif
Pixels = 800 x 480
Video requirements:
Size = max. 20 MB
Format = MPG2
