2.3.1 Type Plate
When ordering spare parts, submitting warranty claims or placing other inquiries
regarding the lifting device, always provide the device type, the part number, the
order number and the year of manufacture.

2.3.2 Data Plate
Each chain hoist bears a data plate indicating the drive group based on the duty
cycle and the maximum permissible lift capacity (see also chap. 3.1).
