5.5 Fitting the Chain Box
Standard: Plastic chain box
1. Extend the chain on the load side until the limit switch is triggered.
2. Install the chain box according to Fig. 19. Note the orientation of the chain box.
3. Lower the chain into the box.
5.6 Preparing the System for Operation
Before starting operations, ensure the following:
All mechanical connectors have been correctly installed and secured
All screws have been tightened according to torque specifications
All components have been installed
The safety distances are observed
The emergency stop switch is working properly
