Ø Another approach would be to use the access hole in the back
side of the SWK. If not already removed, remove the SWK. Use a
3mm Allen Wrench to remove the alignment pin from the back
side of the SWK by turning the set screw clockwise to drive the
pin out the front of the plate.

Ø Once the alignment pin has been removed, verify that the
assembly (pin and set screw) are intact.
Ø Apply Loctite 242 and install the Alignment Pin Assembly into
the Bushing on the SWS. Tighten to 6.8 Nm.
Ø Apply MobilGrease XHP222 Special grease to the Alignment Pin.
Ø If repairs are complete, energize all circuits (e.g. electrical, air,
water, etc.).
